The goal of this form is to provide you with all the necessary information you need to make a specific donation to this trip AND get timely feedback on the funding of the individuals going on the RUF Peru 2013 Mission Trip. This will better help us track our progress toward our funding goals. No funds will actually be available until your check is received and processed by Mission to the World. All donations are tax deductible.

Please fill in the required information, being sure to note the particular student you would like to support. If you would like to make a general contribution to our team, put "team" in the individual to support field.

(MTW is not able to receive one-time donations on-line or by credit card at this time as the fees are not economical for MTW or the donor.)

• Checks should be made payable to: Mission to the World

• On the memo line write: Support Account # and student’s name

(This is extremely important. Multiple RUF groups go on MTW projects each year. A check designated for “Susie Jones / RUF” will most likely not go to the correct account.)

• Include a completed Donations slip with your check to help ensure the donation goes to the correct account and for the correct student. You'll find this form attached below.
